Ky's attention diverts away from his own paranoia for a second to focus on his roommate's response. It's concerning, to say the least, to hear such indifference over what might be something that can help them. As demanding as his suspicions are, his ingrained desire to help people still manages to emerge. And Zevran just seems so tired that it makes Ky want to compensate with enough resilience for the both of them.
